大豆总皂甙对大强度运动大鼠股四头肌自由基代谢和血清睾酮及LDH、BUN的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Total Soy Saponins on Free Radicals,Serum Testosterone,LDH and BUN in the Quadriceps Femoris of Exhausted Rats

摘要 实验动物分为四组:对照组、安静皂甙组、力竭组、力竭皂甙组.安静皂甙组和力竭皂甙组按照20mg/kg体重经口腔给药,每日一次,持续2周.力竭组灌服相同剂量生理盐水,对照组不给予任何处理.2周后进行一次跑台急性力竭运动.动物力竭后迅速断头处死,测定股四头肌SOD、CAT、MDA、GSH-Px、GR、GSH、T-AOC含量及血清BUN、LDH、睾酮水平.结果显示:1.大豆总皂甙(TS)能显著延长大鼠力竭运动时间;2.TS能显著提高其血睾酮水平同时降低血清BUN水平;3.TS对运动力竭大鼠股四头肌各抗氧化指标显示出了正性的影响,尤其是提升T-AOC和降低MDA,这可能与TS的多种生物学作用有关. All rats were divided into four groups:Control group,TS group,exhausted group and TS exhausted group. TS group and TS exhausted group were gavaged with TS through the mouth with a dosage of 20mg/kg body weight,once a day for 2 weeks. Exhausted group were given placebo. Control group were not given any treatment. Treadmill speed was set at 30m/min, and the rats(Exhausted group and TS exhausted group)were trained at this speed until exhaus- ted. The exercise time and exercise distance were recorded when the rats exhausted, and then the rats were decapitated and anatomized immediately. 10% homogenate of quadriceps femoris tissue was prepared. The indicators of superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione (GSH), total an- tioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and LDH were tested by spectrophotometry. BUN was tested by Hitachi 7060 automatic biochemical analyzer. Serum testosterone was tested by radioimmunoassay. The results show that:l. TS can significantly increase the rats exercise time;2. TS can significantly in- crease the rat's testosterone and decrease serum BUN;3. TS has a positive effect on the anti-oxidative indexes of quadriceps femoris in exhaustive exercised rats,especially increase T-AOC and decrease MDA.
