摘要
生活于不同生境下的动物,由于面对的环境压力不同,会表现出与之相适应的生理机制,以提高其对环境的适应性.为探讨大绒鼠对不同生态环境的适应性,分别测定了11月份从三地捕获的大绒鼠样本的体重、基础代谢率和非颤抖性产热及肥满度.结果表明:1体重:丽江样本显著低于大理和昆明样本,昆明样本低于大理样本;2基础代谢率和非颤抖性产热:昆明样本显著低于丽江和大理样本,丽江样本和大理样本之间差异不显著;3肥满度:丽江样本显著高于大理和昆明样本,而大理样本和昆明样本之间差异不显著.以上结果说明大绒鼠在不同环境条件下,通过改变自身的体重、代谢率以适应不同地区的气候条件.而丽江样本的体重显著低于大理和昆明样本,很可能与其环境温度和食物资源有关.横断山区大绒鼠的基础代谢率和非颤抖性产热相对较高,表明高的基础代谢率和非颤抖性产热是对低温的一种适应策略,有助于抵御寒冷.丽江地区大绒鼠肥满度高于大理和昆明地区大绒鼠,很可能与其所处生态环境相关.总之,云南不同地区大绒鼠的生理特征变化可能在一定程度上反映了其在特定环境条件下的生存机制和适应对策.
Mammals will be able to form different adaptive mechanism according to the variable ambient pressure. In order to investigate the physiological adaptation in different environments of Eothenomys miletus, which were captured from Lijiang (n=19),Dali(n=11)and Kunming (n= 17)in November,body mass,basal metabolic rate(BMR),nonshivering thermogenesis (NST) and relative fatness were measured. The results showed: (1) body mass of Lijiang's and Kunming's was lower than Dali's as well as show significant; (2) BMR and NST of Lijiang's and Dali's all showed significant comparing with Kunming's;whereas (3) relative fatness of Liiiang's was higher than Dali's and Kunming's, and it was no striking between Dali's and Kunming's. The variations a- mong 3 populations, which indicates that specific physiological characteristics of Eothenomys miletus to adapt the environments. But whether this phenomenon is related to genetics,which is still unclear.
