摘要 为了解决传统水性聚氨酯涂料导电性不佳的问题,通过将具有导电功能的防腐蚀材料聚苯胺加入到聚氨酯成膜物中,制成了导电性好、防腐蚀性能优良的新型防腐蚀涂料,并考察了其综合性能。结果表明:聚氨酯与聚苯胺比例在14∶1左右时漆膜性能最好;温度对其干燥时间影响较小,漆膜在30℃及以上10 min内即可实干;漆膜的耐水性良好。漆膜性能测试结果完全符合国家标准,表明该涂料具有优良的防腐蚀性能。 In order to solve the poor conductivity of traditional waterborne polyurethane coatings, a new type of anti-corrosion coatings with good electrical conducti-vity and excellent anti-corrosion performance was prepared by adding conductive polyaniline anti-corrosive material to the poly-urethane,and the anti-corrosion mechanism was discussed deeply. Results showed that when the proportion of polyurethane to polyaniline was 14 ∶ 1,the properties of the prepared film were the best. Temperature had little effect on the drying time of the film,and the paint film could dry completely under 30 ℃ or higher within 10 min. The paint film had good water resistance.The results of paint film performance test conformed to the national standard completely,indicating the paint film had excellent anti-corrosion performance.
