摘要 为了解决溶剂型富锌漆环境污染的问题,以改性水性环氧树脂为基料,添加改性多元胺固化剂、70%~80%锌粉,同时辅以助剂,研制了环境友好型水性环氧富锌防腐蚀漆,探讨了树脂的选择和加入比例、锌粉用量、固化剂选择和用量等对水性环氧富锌防腐蚀漆性能的影响。结果表明:漆膜性能优异,可应用于各种重防腐蚀领域的金属底涂或中涂。 Environment-friendly waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings were obtained by using modified waterborne epoxy resin as basic material,and adding modified multivariate amine curing agent,70% ~ 80% of the zinc powder,and other additives. Subsequently,the influences of the selection and the proportion of resin,the amount of zinc powder and the selection and dosage of curing agent on the corrosion resistance of water- borne epoxy zinc-rich anticorrosive coatings were discussed. Results showed that the performances of paint film were excellent,so that the waterborne epoxy zinc-rich coatings could be used as bottom or middle coatings in various kinds of heavy-duty anticorrosion.
