摘要
为评估广为应用的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料的防腐蚀性能,对其进行了紫外线加速老化试验,测试了其物理性能,采用盐雾腐蚀试验考察了其耐候性,利用电化学技术考察了涂层在紫外辐照前后的防腐蚀性能。结果表明:丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层经紫外辐照1 100 h后外观和力学性能保持良好,低频阻抗模值仍保持107Ω·cm2,在96 h浸泡时间内阻抗谱呈现单容抗弧形态,仍能有效屏蔽电解质溶液向基体的渗透,丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层具有优异的耐候性能。
The basic physical properties of acrylic polyurethane coating were assessed by artificial UV aging experiment,and the weather resistance was studied by salt spray test.Subsequently,the electrochemical tests were used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of coating before and after UV irradiation.Results showed the acrylic polyurethane coating treated by UV irradiation of 1 100 h maintained good appearances and mechanical properties,and its resistance value remained 107Ω·cm2. Immersed for 96 h,the impedance spectroscopy of the coating appeared a single capacitive reactance arc,which illustrated that the coating after UV irradiation still could effectively block the electrolyte solution permeating to the substrate. Furthermore,acrylic polyurethane coating had excellent weather resistance.
