摘要
与热镀锌相比,冷镀锌施工便捷,且成本更低。然而,现有冷镀锌产品涂层多孔、易起泡。为此,制备了一种冷镀锌钢板。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形貌,划格试验对附着性进行检测,循环盐雾腐蚀和电化学试验对耐蚀性进行了检测和研究。结果表明:该冷镀锌层钢板附着力较好,耐蚀性能优良。
A kind of cold galvanized steel sheet was prepared,and the surface topography was observed by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). Moreover,the adhesiveness was studied by cross cut test,and cycle corrosion test( CCT) and electrochemical test were used to evaluate the corrosion resistance. Results showed that the cold galvanized coating had excellent adhesiveness and corrosion resistance.
