摘要 传统的光波波长测量采用干涉法或衍射法,其仪器结构复杂,操作不便,容易受到震动的干扰.为此设计了便携式多用途光波波长测量仪,该仪器由色敏对数传感器、电压放大器、A/D转换器、显示器等组成,能直接测量单色光波长,加滤色片后可测混合光波长,还能识别颜色. Traditional methods of measuring light wavelength are interference and diffraction methods. They have a lot of disadvantages, such as complex instruments, inconvenient operation and sensitive to vibration. A portable multi-purpose light wavelength measuring instrument was designed. The instrument was consisted of color sensitive sensor, voltage amplifier, A/D converter, display panel and other components. It could measure directly the wavelength of monochromatic light and mixed light if equipped with color filter, and could identify colors.
