摘要
对安装在船用设备上的叠层钢片振动隔振器的静态及动态性能进行分析测试,在不同叠层钢片厚度、弧度以及预紧力参数下,分别进行了静、动态性能测试,对测试结果进行分析。测试结果表明,该隔振器具有较好的隔振效果,其动、静态的承载能力较大,承载范围较宽,在隔振器内部叠层钢片片数及厚度一定的情况下,叠层钢片弧度及其预紧力对其静刚度、动刚度和阻尼比等性能参数均有一定影响,测试结果对于工程设计具有较高的参考价值。
Through the analysis and comparison of the results of static and dynamic performance testing of a series of laminated steel pieces isolators used in the vibration isolation of warships ,it has good isolation effect , in the number and thickness of laminated steel pieces of the same circumstances , the laminated steel arc and preload of test samples have a certain impact on the values of static stiffness , the dynamic stiffness , the damping ratio as well as the dynamic and static stiffness ratio .
