摘要
介绍了游梁式抽油机井的典型故障,设计了一套基于数据的抽油机井实时故障诊断实验平台。该实验平台利用施耐德电气公司的可编程逻辑控制器采集抽油机井参数,利用上位机绘制示功图,根据示功图实时监控抽油机井运行状态,对故障状态进行报警并诊断故障类型。该实验平台涵盖了抽油机井的数据采集、处理、显示、报警和电动机的变频调速等内容,有助于学生深入理解测控系统设计方法和PID控制算法、掌握测控技术在采油过程中的应用,有利于培养学生的工程实践能力。
Typical faults of rod pumped wells are introduced ,and an experimental platform for data‐driven real‐time fault diagnosis in rod pumped wells is designed .For the designed experimental platform ,the programmable logic controller of Schneider Electric Company is used to collect parameters of rod pumped wells ,and the dynamometer cards are drawn on a personal computer .The status of rod pumped wells can be monitored based on the dynamometer cards ,a fault alarm and its type can be signaled when a fault is detected .Data acquisition , processing ,display and alarm of rod pumped wells ,and frequency control of motors are covered in the experimental platform .The designed experimental platform will help students to understand the design method of measurement & control system and the PID control algorithm ,master the application of measurement &control technology in the oil extraction process ,and cultivate the students’ engineering practical ability .
