综合疗法对前交叉韧带断裂重建术后关节僵硬的疗效分析

Clinical study of the consolidated therapy in the treatment of knee stiffness after the anterior cruciate ligament fragmentation re-establishment operation

目的探讨基于银质针、膝关节CPM治疗、运动治疗与物理治疗的综合疗法对前交叉韧带断裂重建术后关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法对我院康复医学科92例前交叉韧带断裂重建术后关节僵硬患者采用综合治疗。治疗前后采用Lysholm值进行功能评定,测量膝关节活动度评定屈伸程度,并评价临床疗效。结果治疗后1、2、4、6个月进行随访,且进行相互比较。随着治疗周期增加,患者Lysholm值逐渐提高,膝关节活动度不断扩大,总有效率也在增加。结论综合疗法治疗前交叉韧带断裂重建术后关节僵硬有着很好的临床疗效,且方法简单,易于操作,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of consolidated therapy, based on the silver needle, the CPM treatment, exercise therapy and physical therapy, in the treatment of knee stiffness after the anterior cruciate ligament fragmentation re-establishment operation. Methods Ninety-two patients with knee stiffness after the re-establishment operation were given the consoli- dated therapy. The function degrees of all patients before and after all of the treatments were eval- uated by using the Lysholm, and the ranges of motion were measured. The clinical effects were tested as well. Results The comparison of the clinical effect had been made in the follow -up at 1,2,4 and 6 months. There were statistically increased trend in the Lysholm score of the patients, and a great trend in the range of motion. Conclusion The consolidated therapy based on the sil- ver needle was valuably recommended for the effective treatment of the knee stiffness.
