摘要
为进一步提高履带式重装备公路输送能力,降低输送风险,根据履带式重装备公路输送特点,在层次分析法基础上,对平均随机性指标检验不可接受的判断矩阵,构建BP神经网络调整,建立了改进的层次分析法,从人员、装备、道路、环境四个方面分析履带式重装备公路输送风险因素,构建有效的风险评估体系评估履带式重装备公路输送风险,并根据评估结果提出建议措施。
In order to improve the highway capacity in transporting heavy-duty crawler-type equipments and reduce the risks of highway transportation, the risks of highway transportation are analyzed from the angles of human factors, equipment factors, road factors and environmental factors with the improved AHP, which uses the BP neural network to adjust unsuitable judgment matrix of the CR test, upon the basis of which an effective and efficient risk-assessing system for heavy-duty crawler-type equipments is established,with some suggestions put forward in the light of the assessed result.
