On the Overhead-Jacking Construction Techniques for D24m Make-Shift Beams in String Cable Spaced Districts

摘要 采用D24m施工便梁在小线间距地段架空顶进大跨度框架桥过程中不能满足限界要求,对便梁安装方式进行改进,在横梁下面事先安装下托牛腿,以确保施工安全。结合实例介绍了采用改进型D24m便梁架空顶进施工方案及关键技术,为D型便梁架空顶进大跨度框架桥施工技术提供了新的思路,达到既安全、可靠又经济的目的,可为类似工程提供指导和借鉴。 When D24 m make-shift beams are used to overhead-jack great-span frame bridges in string cable spaced districts, they cannot meet the requirements in clearance. In this case, the fixing method for the make-shift beams has to be improved. Namely,the brackets have to be installed under the lateral beam in advance in order to ensure the safe construction. With some real projects as examples, some construction schemes with the modified D24 m beam used to overhead-jack great-span frame bridges and some of the key construction techniques are introduced in the paper, which provides a new thinking way for overhead-jacking great-span frame bridges, with the aims of safety, reliability and economy achieved. The paper may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
