摘要
基于设计一种高效能低能耗的超细粉磨设备,采用比较的方法,通过对比分析国内外各类干法超细粉磨设备的性能特点,创新设计出了"两级三腔卧式结构"的CC2000大型对撞式超细粉磨分级设备,并开发出了PLC自动控制系统,达到降低能耗24%,使分级效率提高1倍多的特点。
Based on the design of a highly efficient low energy consumption of superfine grinding equipment , adopt the method of comparison, by comparing and analyzing all kinds of dry process, the performance characteristics of superfine grinding equipment,Innovative design out of the"two levels of three horizontal cavity structure"of CC2000 large collision type ultrafine grinding grading equipment, and developed a PLC automatic control system, to reduce energy consumption by 24%, to improve classification efficiency by more than 1 times characteristics.
