基于改进MRAS的无速度传感器矢量控制的转速估算研究

摘要 应用模型参考自适应的方法,对无速度传感器矢量控制系统的转速估计进行研究,针对常规速度辨识器中的参考电压模型易受积分漂移问题的影响,造成转速辨识难和不准确的问题,采用了改进积分型转子磁链模型,对传统的MRAS进行了改进研究。并在以TMS320F2812DSP为控制核心的数字化平台上进行了实验,实验结果表明,估算转速和实测转速在启动、升速、正反转三种情况下都具很好的一致性,验证了该改进MRAS转速估算算法的可行性和可靠性。 This paper discusses the speed sensorless vector control with a method of model reference adaptive system.The reference voltage model can always be affected by the drift of integral calculation in the conventional speed identifier. A modified voltage model rotor flux estimation model is used.And do some experiment on the digital platform based on TMS320F2812 DSP. The experimental results show that the estimated speed has very good consistency with measured speed at starting, acceleration and normal-reverse transfer,Verifying the feasibility and reliability of the improved MRAS speed estimation algorithm.
