摘要
以"新浪微群"为研究对象,获取"日本地震中文求助联络"微群的真实数据,对该群14816位用户和22851条微博进行分析。从微博信息内容类型、微博信息发布时间、微博数以及微博转发与评论数四个方面对危机事件下在线群体行为统计特征进行分析。进一步的,对危机事件下与日常事件下的用户行为特征进行统计对比分析。文章从理解用户行为特征及其内在机理的角度,进而对危机事件预警与引导。
In this paper, "Sina micro-group" as the object of the research. We obtain real data from"Japan Earthquake Chinese help Contact"Sina micro-group, which contains 14816 users and 22851 messages. From the following four aspects: the type of micro-blog content, interval of micro-blogreleasing, the number of micro-blog, forwarding number and comment number, we analysis the statisticalcharacteristics of the online group behavior under the crisis events. Further, user behavior statisticalcharacteristics were comparative analyzed in crisis events and daily events. From the perspective of theuser behavior characteristics and its internal mechanism, we can early warning and guidance of crisisevents.
