DTI在脑功能区病灶手术中的应用及进展

摘要 功能区肿瘤手术的宗旨是尽可能的切除肿瘤,最大程度保护神经功能,减轻神经功能障碍,改善患者生活质量。然而功能区的肿瘤因占位效应等原因,周围纤维传导束被推移或侵蚀,导致功能区重塑和变形,造成术后神经功能障碍的发生率较高[1]。大脑功能的正常运转需要白质纤维与各个特定的功能皮质之间有着正常的相互联接,过去的研究已经证实,对于大多数肿瘤,手术切除率( EOR)与术后生存时间成正比[2],因此,全面了解结构和功能之间的关系对于正常脑及脑疾病的研究有着非常重要的意义。
