宁夏高抗性淀粉水稻种质资源筛选及粒形相关性分析 被引量:3

The Selection of High Resistant Starch Content of Rice Germplasm Resources in Ningxia and Correlation Analysis of Grain Shape

摘要 目的:以宁夏本地及外引的88份水稻种质资源为材料,分析不同品种抗性淀粉含量的差异性及水稻籽粒抗性淀粉含量与粒形性状的相关关系,并对水稻籽粒抗性淀粉含量进行遗传分析,为筛选本地高抗性淀粉含量水稻种质资源提供依据。方法:通过McCleary法测定稻米籽粒中抗性淀粉含量,游标卡尺测定种子的长、宽、厚等粒形性状。结果:供试材料抗性淀粉含量呈单峰偏正态分布,极大值为13.72%,极小值为2.14%,平均值为4.06%,方差为3.50,变异系数为46.06%;宁粳28号/降糖稻杂交获得的183个F2单株籽粒淀粉含量呈连续单峰偏正态分布;抗性淀粉含量与粒长、粒宽、粒厚、长宽比及千粒重相关性不显著。结论:筛选出3个高抗性淀粉含量品种;抗性淀粉含量符合多基因控制的数量性状遗传规律,抗性淀粉含量与粒形相关性状相关不显著。 Objective:In order to provide the basis for breeding high resistant content variety in Ningxia.Our research measured the resistant starch content of 88 germplasm resources in Ningxia and discussed the differences between them, explored the relationship between resistant starch content and grain shape, analyzed the resistant starch content genetically.Method:We use McCleary method to measure resistant content, and use vernier to measure grain shape characters such as grain length and grain width. Results. Content of 88 germplasm resources conformed to skewed normal distribution, maximum is 13.72 %, minimum is 2.14%, mean is 4.06 %,variance is 3.50, CV is 46.06% ;resistant starch content has no remarkable relationship with grain length, grain width,grain thickness,length-width ratio and thousand seed weight.Ningxia local varieties has no correlativity with the non-local. The major frequency curve of resisten starch content of the 183 F2 plants of parents group Ningjing 28 and Jiangtangdao is single-peaked and positive.Conclusion: Screened out 3 high resistant starch content variety.Resistant starch content of Ningxia local varieties has a low dispersion and a high genetic diversity.Resistant starch content accord with inheritance of quantitative character controlled by polygenes.Resistant starch content has no relationship with grain shape or whether it is Ningxia local variety.
