摘要
利用籼型(Oryza sativa ssp.indica)光温敏核不育系广占63S和CG 173R为双亲杂交构建的回交重组自交系B1F9中的67个单株为供试材料,测定了稻米的RVA谱特征值、外观品质以及表观直链淀粉含量(apparent amylose content,AAC)。在供试材料不按AAC高低分类和按AAC分为高、中、低的2种情况下,分析稻米的RVA谱特征值与外观品质之间的相关性。结果表明:在不确定供试材料AAC的背景下,垩白与稻米RVA谱特征值中的大多数指标相关性显著或极显著。根据AAC的高低将供试材料分类后,中、高AAC背景下水稻外观品质与淀粉粘滞谱特征值关系不显著;在低AAC背景下,稻米粒长、长宽比和垩白与RVA谱大部分指标间呈显著或极显著相关。
Amylose content (AC) was an important physical and chemical index to evaluate the quality of rice,which was closely related to eating and cooking quality. In this study, 67 plants were as test material,which came from Backcross Recombinant Inbred Lines B1F9 of PTGMS Guangzhan 63 S (Oryza sativa ssp.indica) and CG 173 R.The RVA viscosity,the appearance of quality and amylose content were measured. Under the condition of test materials didn' t classified accord to amylose content or they were classified as high,middle,and low types,respectively,the correlation of rice RVA viscosity with appearance quality was analyzed so that breeder could improve breeding efficiency by measuring rice appearance quality and RVA profiles together. The results showed that correlation of rice chalkiness and most of RVA profiles arrived at 0.05 or 0.01 levels under undefined AC for test materials.Correlation of indexes of rice appearance quality for the materials with middle and high AC and RVA profiles weren't significant at 0.05 levels if all tested materials were classified as low,middle and high AC types accord to itself AC. However, the correlation of length, length width ratio and chalkiness of rice appearance quality for the materials with low AC and most indexes of RVA profiles were significant at 0.05 levels or 0.01 levels.
