摘要
根据目前电力行业信息化发展水平,结合行业内安全生产管理发展趋势,采用移动互联网技术,建设和应用移动安全生产管理平台。按照水电企业安全生产管理的工作要求,提出水电厂安全生产管理系统平台结构,采用模块化设计,分析各个模块的需求和功能,采用移动3G网络(或WIFI)以APP应用的形式进行系统开发,并以实例说明该平台在小湾电厂安全生产管理中发挥的重要作用。
In light of current development of informatization in power industry and development trend of operation safety management in the industry, a mobile platform for operation safety management by using mobile network technologies is built and applied. Based on the requirements of hydropower generation companies on operation safety management, the structure of operation safety management platform for hydropower plants is put forward. The platform adopts modular design and the demand and function of each module are analyzed respectively. The platform is developed into a mobile APP in 3G network （ or WiFi） . The application of this platform in Xiaowan Hydropower Plant is introduced to demonstrate the significant role in operation safety management of hydropower plants.
