摘要
小湾电站筒阀同步系统采用电液同步控制,由同步分流器的液压同步和经典PID比例阀调节的电气控制同步,通过对筒阀卡阻现象分析,针对筒阀卡阻发生的主要原因,从合理设置筒阀的初始缓冲阶段与实现自动平压操作的方向优化了筒阀控制系统控制策略,大大提高了筒阀运行的同步性能,彻底解决了筒阀卡阻问题,增加了筒阀运行的可靠性。
The synchronous control system of ring gates in Xiaowan Hydropower Station adopts electro-hydraulic synchronous control. By analyzing the jamming problem of ring gates and the main reasons of jamming, the control strategy of ring gate is optimized from two aspects of setting reasonable initial buffer stroke and achieving automatic pressure balance operation. The optimizations greatly improve the operation synchronization performance of ring gate, and completely eliminate the jamming of ring gate and increase operation reliability of ring gate,
