小湾水电厂发电机定子振动原因及改进措施 被引量:8

摘要 小湾水电厂机组运行期间,发电机定子机架、定子铁芯水平振动值偏大。发电机运行、检修及振动试验表明,引起定子振动的原因是发电机转子不圆度以及部分机组偏心较大造成气隙不均,励磁磁势作用下产生的交变力波作用在定子铁芯后,引发定子低频电磁振动。针对上述原因,制定了后续处理方案。 The horizontal vibrations of stator flame and core of generators are larger than standard values in operation period of Xiao wan ltydropower Plant. The operation, maintenance and vibration tests show that the vibration of generator stator is caused by larger out-of-roundness of rotor and/or uneven gap between stator and rotor aroused by the eccentricity of rotor. These defects lead to the low-frequency electromagnetic vibration of stator under the action of excitation alternating forces. According to the reason analyses, the corresponding treatment programs are developed.
