摘要
根据机构的具体安装形式,综合考虑了铰链磨损与杆端关节轴承磨损对机构过中心锁定可靠性的影响。提出了自润滑杆端关节轴承磨损计算模型,在"有效杆长理论"和"连续接触模型"的假设下建立了平面四连杆机构过中心锁定可靠性分析模型,给出了在考虑初始间隙与磨损情况下的机构过中心锁定可靠性分析方法,并对机构使用关节轴承和铰链连接情况下的过中心可靠性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明,机构过中心锁定失效概率会在机构运动周期达到一定次数后迅速增加;在机构中采用自润滑杆端关节轴承可以显著提高机构过中心锁定可靠性。
Depending on the form of mechanism, the hinge wear and rod end bearing wear are considered respectively, and the self-lubricating rod end bearing wear model are established. Then the over-center locking reliability analysis model of four bar linkage mechanism is built under the "effective lever length theory" and "continuous contact model" hypothesis, besides, a reliability analysis method of over-center locking considering the initial clearance and wear is presented. The results show that the failure probability of mechanism over-center locking will rapidly increase after a certain number of cycles; the reliability of mechanism over-center locking will be significantly improved by using self-lubricating rod end spherical plain bearing.
