散热带轧波过程数值模拟及其圆弧偏心的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析轧波过程中铝合金箔片的应力应变分布规律和散热带波峰(波谷)圆弧偏心的原因,以及得到准确的散热带波形。在有限元软件Ansys Workbench中,采用双线性随动硬化材料模型模拟轧波刀轧制铝合金散热带波形的过程,并在某型号的轧波机上进行了验证。研究结果表明:铝合金箔片在轧波过程中其应力变化为波浪状,应力曲线的每一个波峰与铝合金箔片的波峰(波谷)成形相对应;铝合金箔片形成波峰(波谷)后,其残余应力从波峰(波谷)顶点向两边递减,两边残余应力分布不对称,这是散热带波形圆弧偏心的原因;由于轧波刀具的啮合运动,使铝合金箔片在形成波峰(波谷)时,其塑性应变分阶段增加到最大值;软件分析的散热带模型和实际轧波后的散热带模型完全吻合,验证了本分析方法的正确性。 In order to analyze the change law of stress of aluminum chaff in the process of rolling waves, and the reasons of the eccentric circular to get the accurate wave of radiating corrugated ribbon, the model of bilinear isotropic harden was established to simulate the process of rolling wave in the Ansys Workbench. The result of rolling wave Aluminum chaff was verified on the machine of roiling wave. The results show that the curve of stress is the form of wave which correspond to the wave of aluminum chaff; The residual stress of aluminum chaff reduce along the arc of peak, while the reduce is asymmetric distribution on both sides, which is the reason of the eccentric circular; due to the meshing movement of tool, the plastic strain increased to the maximum in stages; the model of actual rolling waves match with the the theory modal, which verify the correctness of the analytical method.
