摘要
为了研究某地铁列车制动系统在各工况下的运行特性,基于AMESim仿真软件,根据空电转换阀、紧急阀、空重车阀、中继阀、单元制动器、制动管路和风源系统等的各项参数搭建了制动系统模型。以典型工况为例进行了仿真分析,仿真结果验证了该制动系统模型的正确性和可行性,为系统结构参数优化和控制系统设计奠定了基础。
In order to research the operation features of the braking system on a certain type of metro trains under various working conditions,on the basis of the AMESim simulation software,the model of the braking system is set up according to the parameters of electric-pneumatic switch valve,emergency valve,empty and loaded valve,relay valve,unit braking device,braking pipeline and air source system,etc.,and simulation analysis is made with the typical working conditions as the example.The simulation result verifies the correctness and feasibility of the model of the braking system,laying the foundation for the optimization of the system structure parameters and the design of the control system.
