纵向载荷对货车车体横向变形影响的试验研究

Test and Research on the Effect of Longitudinal Load on the Lateral Deform of Freight Car Carbody

以出口澳大利亚大轴重矿石车为对象,分析了车体纵向载荷对横向变形的影响。重点测量了侧墙横向变形量和中梁垂向变形量。试验结果表明,车体纵向刚度足够大时,在正常运用条件下纵向载荷对车体横向变形影响较小。

With the ore car with heavy axle load exported to Australia as the object,the effect of longitudinal load on lateral deform of the carbody is analyzed.The lateral deform of the side wall and the vertical deform of the center sill are mainly measured.The test result shows that,when the longitudinal stiffness of the carbody is big enough,the effect of the longitudinal load on the lateral deform of the carbody is fairly small in normal operation conditions.
