摘要
分析了沥青罐车套管高温氧化烧损的原因,对以20G钢管为基体浇铸非金属耐火材料复合套管和310S奥氏体不锈钢管的耐热性能进行了对比,并针对燃烧器使用现状在选用燃烧器和规范燃烧器操作方面提出了建议。
The causes to high temperature oxidation of casings on asphalt tank cars are analyzed.The heat resistant performance of the compound casings of non-metal heat resisting materials casted with 20 G steel pipe as the base is compared with that of 310 S austenitic stainless steel pipe.Moreover,in view of the present operation conditions of the burner,suggestions are given in selection of burners and regulating the operation of the burners.
