开腹与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤

Effect comparative analysis of abdominal myomectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的：对比分析开腹与腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取运城市盐湖区第一人民医院2012年5月至2014年5月收治的200例子宫肌瘤患者，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中开腹治疗组患者89例，腹腔镜下剔除组111例；对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次排气时间、镇痛药物使用率及总住院时间。结果腹腔镜下剔除组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次排气时间、镇痛药物使用率及总住院时间均低于开腹治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论相对于开腹治疗，腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术能取得更为满意的临床效果，值得临床推广。

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effects of open and laparoscopic uter-ine fibroids on removing uterine fibroids. Methods Selected 200 patients with uterine fibroids from May 2012 to May 2014, and retrospectively analyzed their clinical data, including 89 patients treated with open surgery, 111 cases in laparoscopic myomectomy group;the operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation first time, after the first exhaust time, pain medication usage, and total hospital stay was com-pared. Results The operative time, blood loss, postoperative ambulation first time, the first time after discharge, pain medication usage and total hospitalization time in laparoscopic myomectomy group were lower than that of open treatment group, the differences were significant （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions With respect to the treatment of abdominal, laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve more satisfactory clini-cal results, and is worthy of promotion.
