舒适护理模式对颅脑损伤患者康复期生活质量的影响分析

Effect of comfort care model on the quality of life of rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injury

目的：探讨舒适护理模式对颅脑损伤患者康复期生活质量的影响。方法对中牟县人民医院收治的84例颅脑损伤患者的资料进行分析,根据不同护理方案将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规方法护理,实验组采用舒适护理模式,比较两组护理质量等指标。结果两组护理前NIHSS 评分和Fugl-Meyer评分比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0．05）；实验组护理后NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,Fugl-Meyer评分、日常生活评分、物质功能评分、社会功能评分、心理功能评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论颅脑损伤患者治疗过程中实施舒适护理模式效果理想,能够提高患者的生活质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care model on the life quality of rehabilitation of patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods The clinical data of 84 cases of traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital were analyzed. According to the different care programs, the patients were divided into control group and the experiment group. The control group was given conventional methods of care, and comfort care model was used in experiment group. The qual-ity of care and other indicators were compared. Results The two groups before treatment, NIHSS score and Fugl-Meyer score had no significant difference （P〉005）;NIHSS score after the nursing in experiment treatment group was significant-ly lower than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）;Fugl-Meyer score in the experiment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）;in the experimental group, the scores for everyday life was （96. 2 ± 3. 7） points, substance function scores, social function score, mental function scores were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comfort care model has ideal effect on patients with traumatic brain injury, can improve the quality of life of patients, should be popularized.
