摘要
对迁钢高炉炉缸维护技术进行了总结。迁钢高炉实践表明,炉缸维护技术的选择必须结合高炉实际情况:3号高炉炉龄短,炉缸活跃性好,可以摸索合理的利用系数,在少用钛矿的情况下,达到炉缸维护的目的;1号高炉处于炉役后期,炉缸侧壁局部侵蚀已很严重,必须采取"高温、高钛"护炉措施。迁钢还开发了高炉钛煤混喷护炉技术和球团加钛新工艺,丰富了加钛护炉技术方法。
The paper summarizes maintenance technologies applied on Qiang'an Steel's BF Hearth. Practical operation of this furnace proves that the selection of hearth maintenance technology shall be made in conjunction with actual condition of the blast furnace : for No. 3 blast furnace, which is just put into operation for a few year and is active in hearth operation, its maintenance effect can be achieved by figuring out rational utilization coefficient if less titanium bearing ore is charged; for No. 1 blast furnace, the measures of "high temperature and high-titanium" shall be taken for furnace protection because it is at post campaign period and some part of hearth sidewall is severely eroded. Additionally, Qian'an Steel has developed a technology of mixed injection of titanium and coal to BF and the new process of adding titanium to pellets a new solution of furnace protection with titanium.
