HIF-1α及EMT在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义 被引量:2

Expressions and significance of HIF- 1α and EMT in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive ductal carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)及上皮间质化(EMT)在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌患者癌组织中的表达及意义。方法依照《St.Gallen共识》对123例非特殊型乳腺浸润性导管癌行分子分型,检测不同分子亚型乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α、E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)及波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达。结果 HIF-1α及EMT在人表皮生长因子受体-2(HER2)过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌中的阳性表达率显著高于Luminal A型、Luminal B(HER2-)型及Luminal B(HER2+)型(P<0.05);HIF-1α表达与Luminal A型、HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌相关(P<0.05),EMT与Luminal A型及三阴型乳腺癌相关(P<0.05);HIF-1α与EMT表达相关(P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α及EMT可能与HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,对HIF-1α及EMT在该两型乳腺癌中的深入研究将对阐明浸润转移机制及寻找新的治疗靶点提供实验依据。 Objective To explore the expressions and significance of hypoxia-inducible factor- 1 α ( HIF- 1α) and epithelial-mes- enchymal transition (EMT) in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive duetal carcinoma. Methods According to St. C, allen, molecu- lar types were ealegorized in 123 cases with non-specific breast invasive ductal carcinoma, the expressions of HIF-1α, E-eadherin, and Vi- mentin in different molecular subtypes of breast invasive ductal carcinoma were detected. Results The positive expression rates of HIF-1α and EMT in HER2-overexpression type and triple-negative type breast invasive ductal carcinoma were statistically significantly higher than those in Luminal A type, Luminal B (HER2-) type, and Luminal B (HER2+) type breast invasive duetal carcinoma (P〈0. 05 ) ; HIF-1 α expression was ton'elated with Luminal A, HER2-overexpression type, and triple-negative type breast invasive ductal carcinoma (P〈 0. 05 ) , EMT was con'elated with Luminal A and triple-negative type breast invasive duetal carcinoma (P〈0.05) ; HIF-1 α expression was correlated with EMT ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion HIF- 1 α and EMT might be related to invasion and metastasis of HER2-overexpression type and triple-negative type breast invasive ductal carcinoma, in-depth research of HIF-la and EMT in those types breast invasive ductal carci- noma may provide experimental basis for elucidating the mechanisms of invasion and metastasis and finding new therapeutic targets.
