肉苁蓉人工控制寄生关键技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究肉苁蓉Cistanche deserticola人工控制繁殖技术和寄生特性。方法采用人工控制寄生手段,开展肉苁蓉寄主梭梭树龄、寄生接种时间和接种种子量的研究。结果 1年生、2年生、3年生的梭梭植株均能与肉苁蓉形成寄生,2年生梭梭寄生率最高,达到67%,3年生梭梭的肉苁蓉寄生体质量最大,达到14.9 g;在4月下旬、5月中旬、6月上旬、9月中旬进行接种,肉苁蓉与梭梭植株均能形成寄生,4月下旬寄生率最高,达到69%;接种种子量对肉苁蓉寄生率、寄生体数量存在显著影响,0.03 g为适宜的接种量。结论肉苁蓉人工控制寄生技术寄生率高、种子用量少、操作简单,可为肉苁蓉资源保护、高效规模化生产提供技术支撑。 Objective To investigate parasitic property and manual control propagation of C. deserticola. Methods The host age, inoculation time and inoculation seed weight were studied by the manual control parasitism technology. Results 1 year - old, 2 year - old and 3 year - old Haloxylon ammodendron plants could be parasitized by C. deserticola. The parasitism rate of 2 year - old H. ammodendron plants,which was the highest, was 67%. The parasitic body weight of 3 year - old H. ammodendron, which was the highest, was 14.9 g. The C. deserticola could all parasite H. ammodendron plants when inoculation in the late ten days of April, the middle ten clays of May, the first ten days of June and the middle ten days of September. The parasitism rate of the late ten days of April, which was the highest, was 69%. The inoculation seed weight had significant effect on parasitism rate and para- sitic body number,and 0.03g was the appropriate. Conclusion The manual control parasitism technology had advantages of high parasitism rate,low inoculation seed weight and simple operation process, would provide support for resources protection and effi- cient scale production of C. deserticola.
