摘要 目的研究血管活性肠肽(VIP)在脾气虚状态下小肠运动中的作用。方法 16只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和脾气虚模型组(模型组),每组8只;小肠推进率评估小肠运动能力,ELISA方法检测小肠组织VIP、环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)、蛋白激酶A(PKA)的含量,免疫组化技术观察小肠组织VIP受体表达。结果与对照组比,模型组大鼠的小肠推进率显著降低,VIP的含量显著升高,VIP受体的表达、c AMP和PKA含量均明显降低。结论脾气虚状态下,VIP过度释放与小肠运动减慢有关,但这种效应可能并不持久。 Objective To study the role of Vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in the small intestine motility in spleen qi deficiency. Methods 16 SFP male rats were randomly divided into the control and spleen qi deficiency (model) groups,8 rats each groups ; The small intestine propulsion rate was used to test the ability of the small intestine ; ELISA was employed to measure concentrations of VIP, cAMP and PKA in the small intestinal tissues, expression of VIP receptor was examed with immunohistochemieal technique. Results Compared with those in the control group, the small intestine propulsion rate was significantly decreased, the concentration of VIP was markedly increased, and expression of VIP receptor and concentrations of cAMP and PKA were obvi- ously reduced,in the model group. Conclusion The excessive release of VIP involves in the reduced small intestine motility in spleen qi deficiency,which might not be persistent.
