四种饮用水对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响 被引量:2

Effects of four kinds of drinking water on nonspecific immunity among mice

摘要 目的探讨不同饮用水对小鼠非特异性免疫的影响。方法将160只3周龄清洁级ICR小鼠随机分为4组,分别为自来水组、纯净水组、矿泉水组、净化水组,每组40只,雌雄各半。各组小鼠自由饮水摄食60 d。选取80只小鼠进行碳廓清实验,称重,测定胸腺、脾脏重量并计算脏器系数;另选80只清洁级ICR小鼠进行小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验。结果各组小鼠的体重、脾脏系数、胸腺系数、廓清指数及吞噬指数间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但与其他3组比较,净化水组胸腺系数和廓清指数有上升趋势。与自来水组、纯净水组比较,净化水组雄性小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);净化水组雌性小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数高于自来水组、纯净水组及矿泉水组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与自来水、纯净水及矿泉水相比,长期饮用净化水在一定程度上可提高小鼠非特异性免疫力。 Objective To explore the effects of different drinking water on nonspecific immunity in mice. Methods Totally 160three-week-old ICR mice(half male and half female) were randomly divided into four groups, drinking tap water,pure water,mineral water and filtered tap-water respectively for 60 d. Totally 80 ICR mice were selected to carry through carbon clearance tests, and their body weight,thymus coefficient,and spleen coefficient were measured. Simultaneously, the other 80 ICR mice were conducted with peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis tests. Results Compared with tap water group,pure water group and mineral water group,an increasing trend of the thymus coefficient and clearance index was observed in filtered tap-water group.Compared with tap water group and pure water group,a significant increase of phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophage was observed in male mice of filtered tap-water group( P〈0.05). The phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophage in female mice of filtered tap-water group were significantly higher than that of tap water group,pure water group and mineral water group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with tap water,pure water and mineral water,the nonspecific immunity of mice may be improved for long-term drinking filtered tap-water to some extent.
