摘要
温差电技术是基于温差电效应,利用温差电材料,在热能和电能之间相互转换的一种技术,热电材料是热电转换的基础,提高温差电效率最主要的途径是提高热电材料的热电性能。简述了温差电技术的基本原理,回顾了温差电材料研究的最新进展,介绍了传统合金块体材料、声子玻璃电子晶体化合物、氧化物热电材料、低维纳米热电材料和高分子热电材料等的功能特性和研制概况,指出了热电材料未来的发展方向。
Thermoelectric generation is a kind of transformation technology between heat and electricity based on thermoelectric effect by using of thermoelectric materials. Thermoelectric materials are the basis of thermal-electrical energy conversion. The most important way to improve the thermoelectric efficiency is to improve the thermoelectric performance of thermoelectric materials. Operating principle of thermoelectric generation was introduced and the up-to-date progresses of research on thermoelectric materials were reviewed. The functional features and developments of some thermoelectric mate- rials,such as functionally graded thermoelectric materials,PGEC compound,oxide thermoelectric materials,nanotechnology thermoelectric materials and polymer thermoelectric materials were also introduced. Moreover, the developing trends of thermoelectric materials were described.
