摘要
综述了近几年来聚乳酸薄膜和微孔膜的主要制备方法,对聚乳酸薄膜拉伸、吹塑成型过程中存在的困难,如结晶度不足、韧性差和耐热性差等问题进行了总结分析,从发泡成型、相分离成型和纺丝成型3个方面总结了近年来聚乳酸多孔膜的制备工艺及其在组织工程中的应用,并展望了未来聚乳酸膜材料的发展趋势。
The latest processing methods of polylactic acid(PLA) film and microporous membrane were reviewed The main difficulty in PLA film stretching and blowing process,such as low crystallinity,poor toughness and bad heat-resistant behavior, were summarized. The process method of PLA microporous membrane was summarized from foam molding,phase separation and spinning molding. Its application in the field of tissue engineering was mentioned. At last, the future research direction of PLA film materials was predicted.
