溶胶-回流法制备TiO_2包覆碳纳米管复合颗粒 被引量:1

Preparation of the TiO_2/CNTs nanocomposite using sol-reflux method

摘要 采用溶胶-回流法制备了二氧化钛(TiO2)包覆碳纳米管纳米复合颗粒。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了不同溶剂、添加剂等对产物形态的影响。结果表明:以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,尿素为沉淀剂,制备的纳米复合颗粒分散性好,TiO2颗粒大小均一、均匀地负载在碳纳米管表面上。 The nanometer titanium dioxide coated carbon nanotubes composite particles were prepared by sol-reflux method. The effects of different solvents and additives to the product form were studied with scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that, with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as dispersant, urea as the precipitator, the prepared nanosealed composite dispersed well. The nanoscaled TiO2 particles had uniform particle size,and were uniformly deposited on the surface of CNTs.
