摘要
利用2,7-二氨基芴(DAF)、4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA),采用两步法通过共缩聚得到一系列不同结构的聚酰亚胺(PI)。通过FT-IR、TGA、DSC、XRD等测试方法对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,由于醚链、芴基的引入,共缩聚破坏分子链的规整性,所制得的PI皆具有较好的溶解性,在DMSO、NMP、DMF、DMAc中可溶解,4种PI的10%的失重温度为534.5-550.1℃,800℃下质量保持率为52.6%-59.8%,拉伸强度为95.2-104.8MPa,弹性模量为2.2-3.1GPa,表明材料具有优良的热稳定性且有较好的机械性能,作为耐热材料在精密仪器、微电子元件等方面有着潜在的应用价值。
A series of novel fluorene-based polyimides were synthesized by 2,7-diamine fluorene(2,7-DAF) ,4,4'-diamino-diphenyl ether (ODA), and 2,2-bis[4-(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl]-propane dianhydride (BPADA) through a two-step polycondensation. It was characterized by FT-IR,TGA,DSC, and UV-Vis. The polyimides showed good solubility in common used solvents such as DMSO,DMF, NMP, DMAc because of improved chain structure via introduction of flu- orene group. And they exhibited excellent thermal and thermo-oxidative stability with the onset decomposition temperature (Td) and 10% weight loss temperature (Td,10) of 534.5-540.1℃. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of these poly- imides were in range of 198.9℃245.9℃ ,and the films showed high tensile strength of 95.2-104.8 MPa,tensile modulus of 2.2-3.1GPa. Such performance characteristics made it excellent potential in microelectro and fine apparatus.
