摘要
结合静电纺丝技术和凝胶-溶胶法制备了PVDF-SiO2复合纳米纤维膜,通过3-羟丙基三甲氧基硅烷进行巯基修饰,成功制备出具有多级结构的巯基修饰PVDF-SiO2复合纳米纤维膜。除Cu2+实验表明该复合纳米纤维膜对Cu2+的最佳吸附pH为2,吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型,用Langmuir吸附等温式计算得巯基修饰的PVDF-SiO2复合纳米纤维膜对Cu2+的最大吸附量达到145.56mg/g,同时,该复合纳米纤维膜容易在水体中取出,循环利用性能良好。因此,在去除重金属离子(Cu2+)方面具有很好的应用前景。
PVDF SiO2 composite nanofibrous membrane was first fabricated by electrospinning technique combined with sol-gel method. And then, the membrane with mereapto groups were successfully prepared by the modification of 3- mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane. The adsorption Cu^2+ experiment indicated that the highest Cu^2+ adsorption occured at the pH value of 2. The research of adsorption isotherm suggested that the adsorption of Cu^2+ onto the membrane was followed the Langmuir adsorption and the Cu^2+ adsorption capacity from water can be as high as 145.56mg/g. Meanwhile, the free standing membrane can be easily separated from liquid solutions and showed excellent cyclic utilization performance. There fore,such novel nanofibrous membrane can be potentially widely used in Cu^2+ removal.
