摘要
以苯肼和对甲氧基肉桂酸甲酯等为原料,合成了一种重金属离子捕集剂1-苯基-5-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-羟基吡唑铜(DPHP)。研究了DPHP用量、pH、搅拌时间、温度对含氯化锰模拟废水溶液中Mn2+去除率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明:1g Mn2+需要0.3g DPHP捕集剂,在搅拌时间为30min、pH为中性、搅拌温度为25℃最佳工艺条件下,模拟废水中锰离子去除率达99.3%以上。
DPHP,a novel heavy metal ion trapping agentha was prepared based on phenylhydrazine and methyl p-methoxy cinnamate as basic materials. The influence of DPHP dosage,pH value,reaction time and temperature on the removal rate of Mn^2+ ions in manganous chloride solution and the optimized condition for removing Mn^2+ were established. Results showed that l g Mn^2+ needed 0.3g DPHP for treatment, and reaction time was 30min,with a pH value of 7, Mean-while the removal efficiency was maintained at 99.3 %.
