确定天然纤维复合材料增强体羟基数目的一种方法 被引量:1

A method for determining hydroxyl number of natural fiber as composite reinforcement

摘要 以黄麻纤维为例,采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)-正丁胺-盐酸滴定的方法准确测试天然纤维中具有反应活性羟基数目。通过3种不同工艺进行比较分析,实验结果表明用该方法测试较为理想的工艺是在60℃催化剂二丁基锡二月桂酸酯(T-12)存在的条件下反应时间为2h,用称量增重法进一步验证滴定法的正确性。用红外光谱对6%NaOH处理的黄麻纤维及TDI处理的黄麻纤维进行表征,最后运用扫描电镜对处理后的纤维形貌进行观察。 Toluene diisoeyanate (TDI)-n-butylamine-hydrochloric acid titration was employed to determine reactive hydroxyl number of natural fiber with taking jute fiber for example. By comparative analysis of three different types tech nique,the results showed that the optimal technique condition were the reaction time for 2h in the presence of dibutyltindi laurate(T-12) at 60℃. Weight method was used to further verify the accuracy of titration. The jute fiber treated by 6% NaOH and TDI was analyzed by IR,and finally morphology of jute fiber after treatment was observed by scanning electron microscopy.
