摘要
利用聚酰胺6(PA6)末端具有高反应性氨基官能团的特点,以自己合成的双酐封端聚醚酰亚胺对聚酰胺6进行共聚改性,合成PA6-PEI-PA6嵌段共聚物,对其热性能、结晶性能等进行了系统研究。研究结果表明:PEI与PA6发生了原位聚合。PEI的加入提高了PA6的热性能,而且在添加量在5%-10%时提高幅度比较大。PEI的加入并没有改变PA6的基本晶型,主要仍为α晶型,对PA6链段的规整性影响也不大。当PEI添加量比较少时,脆断界面比较平整;随着PEI在PA6中添加量的增加,当含量为20%时,脆断界面变粗糙,合金材料综合性能降低。
For the characteristics of polyamide 6 with a high terminal reactive amino functional groups,the polyam- ide 6 was modified by copolymerization with,The bisanhydride terminated polyetherimide synthesised by ourslves, the block eopolymers PA6 PEI-PA6 was synthesised,The thermal properties and crystallization properties were systematically stud- ied. The results suggested that PEI occurred in situ polymerization with PA6. The addition of PEI can improve the thermal properties of PA6, and when the amount of 5% to 10% the increasing was large amplitude relatively. The basic crystal type of PA6 was not changed by addition of PEI,still mainly had a polymorph. With the increasing the amount of PEI, when the content was 20% ,the excess PEI began to act as a blending component. In theory,it would be detrimental to the thermal and mechanical properties of alloy.
