摘要
微生物油脂是一种应用前景广阔的新型油脂资源,越来越受到人们的重视。寻找廉价易得的发酵基质将促进微生物油脂生产的工业化进程,同时解决了日益严峻的能源与环境安全问题。本文综述了产油微生物利用玉米类、水稻类、甘蔗渣和大米草等纤维素类基质生产油脂的情况,指出目前产油微生物对纤维素类基质的利用问题和未来可能的发展方向。
Microbial lipids are a kind of new oil resource with good prospect,and people have come to pay more and more attentions to it. The search for the cheap, freely available fermentation substrate will promote the industrialization process of the microbial oil production,and have significant implications for the increasingly serious energy and environmen- tal security issues. The utilization of oleaginous microorganism on a variety of cellulose substrates,including corn, straw, sorghum stalks,and spartina anglic,were introduced. The current utilizing questions and future direction of development of all kinds of waste oleaginous microorganism can utilize were indicated also.
