摘要
针对内蒙古某难选钨矿石,研究了采用预先分级—浮选—重选联合工艺流程分选钨精矿。试验结果表明:在适宜条件下,重选钨精矿品位为66.52%,重选钨回收率为57.31%;浮选钨精矿品位为65.89%,浮选钨回收率为16.75%;钨总回收率为74.06%。矿石分选效果较好。
A refractory tungsten ore from Inner Mongolia was sorted by the process of preclassification- gravity separation-flotation. The results show that under the appropriate conditions,tungsten grade in tungsten concentrate is 66.52~//oo and tungsten recovery is 57.31% by gravity separation,and tungsten grade in tungsten concentrate is 65. 89o//oo, and tungsten recovery is 16. 75% by flotation. The total recovery of tungsten is 74.06 %.
