摘要
研究了用石棉尾矿酸浸液净化过程中产生的铁沉淀物制备无机高分子絮凝剂聚合硫酸铁(PFS),考察了硫酸亚铁浓度、硫酸用量、氧化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、改性剂种类及用量对产品性能的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件。在适宜条件下制得PFS,其中∑Fe质量分数为13.46%,盐基度为16.42,并且稳定性良好。
The inorganic polymer flocculant PFS is prepared using iron precipitate which produced from purification process in asbestos tailings utilization. The effects of ferrous sulfate concentration,amount of sulfuric acid, amount of oxidant, reaction temperature, reaction time, modifier type and amount on the PFS product quality were examined,and the optimum conditions were determined. Under optimal conditions,the PFS obtained has good stability,the content of total iron is 13.46% ,and the basicity is 16.42.
