摘要
以垃圾焚烧炉渣中的废铁为原料,通过破碎、硫酸浸出制取聚合硫酸铁,研究了废铁的特征和硫酸浸出工艺。结果表明:通过磁选、清洗、酸溶浸出和氧化聚合,可获得较高纯度聚合硫酸铁;在硫酸浓度5.32mol/L、反应温度95℃、反应时间5h、搅拌速度400r/min优化条件下,铁浸出率达81.72%;通过控制浸出液混合比例,可在一定范围内制得聚合硫酸铁并控制所需盐基度。
Polymeric ferric sulfate was prepared by rushing and sulfuric acid leaching the scrap iron in municipal solid waste incinerator slag. The leaching process and characteristics of the scrap iron were researched. The results show that high quality PFS can be prepared by magnetic separation, rinse, sulfuric acid leaching, oxidation and polymerization. Under the best conditions of sulfuric acid concentration of 5.32 mol/L,reaction temperature of 95 ℃ ,reaction time of 5 hours and agitation rate of 400 r/min,leaching of iron is 81.72%. The ideal basicity of polymeric ferric sulfate by controlling the ratio of leaching solution mixing can be getted.
