摘要
研究了废铅膏泥煅烧和煅烧产物在HCl-MgCl2溶液中的脱硫转化。通过TG-DTA分析,确定了废铅膏泥煅烧适宜温度;通过XRD分析,确定了脱硫转化产物的物相组成。重点研究了煅烧产物在HCl-MgCl2溶液中的脱硫转化过程,考察了各参数对转化过程中硫脱除率的影响。试验结果表明,在废铅膏泥粒度-0.075mm占71%、反应时间2h、反应温度90℃、液固体积质量比5∶1、氯化镁浓度5mol/L、盐酸浓度0.62mol/L条件下,废铅膏泥脱硫率达96.89%。
Calcining of spent lead paste and desulfurization transformation of calcined product in HCl- MgCl2 solution were investigated. Appropriate calcining temperature was determined by TG-DTA for spent lead paste. Phase components of transformation product were determined by XRD. The desulfurization transformation process of calcined product in hydrochloric acid-magnesium chloride solution was focused research. Effects of various parameters on the removal of sulfur in the transformation process were examined. Experimental results indicate that the removal rate of sulfur in spent lead paste can reach 96.89% under the conditions of spent lead paste size --0. 075mm accounting for 71% ,reaction time of 2 h,reaction temperature of 90 ℃ ,ratio of liquid-to-solid of 5 : 1 ,magnesium chloride concentration of 5 mol/L and hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.62 mol/L.
