摘要
采用ABAQUS对铅芯橡胶支座进行模拟分析,研究支座在极限压剪状态下的应力分布,分析表明:极限压剪状态下钢片层中的拉应力S11和S22、压应力S33及切应力S12对钢片层Mises等效应力的影响较大;支座有效承压区内大部分钢片层中有部分区域的Mises等效应力超过了其屈服强度,产生了屈服;支座内部各橡胶层的Mises等效应力较小,橡胶未发生破坏。
The finite element analysis of the lead rubber bearing is conducted by ABAQUS,the stress distribution of the bearing under compress-shear limit state is studied. The results are as follows: under compress-shear limit state,the tensilestress S11,S22,compressive stress S33 and shearing tress S12 have much effect on the Mises equivalent stress of the steelsheets; the Mises equivalent stress of some areas in the effective confined region of the steel sheets exceeds the yield strength,so the steel sheets yield; the Mises equivalent stress of the rubber sheet is small,the rubber is not damaged.
