“Ⅱ”型接头地连墙的施工方法及应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 地下连续墙是集挡土、防渗与承载功能于一体的深基础结构形式。传统地下连续墙的施工方法为单槽段整体施工,整幅地下连续墙由单槽段相互连接而成。本文介绍一种将槽段与接头分开施工的方法,使接头与槽段的施工实现流水作业,并且使每个地下连续墙槽段全部按照闭合幅施工。此外还对地下连续墙接头及槽段成槽质量进行了监测;并分析了地下连续墙在施工时易遇到的困难,给出相应的解决方法;最后从4个方面对不同地下连续墙的施工方法进行了对比分析。 Diaphragm walls are the structure forms of deep foundations which are built to retain earth,prevent seepage and bear building load. In traditional method of diaphragm walls, the separate panel is entirely constructed,and then connecting the panels to a whole diaphragm walls. In this paper,a new construction method of diaphragm walls which the panels and joints are separated is introduced,which can realize flow construction for the joints and panels,and make each panel of the diaphragm walls constructed as a closed panel. In addition,the quality of diaphragm wall joints and slurry trenches are monitored. Then the difficulties encountered during construction are analyzed and the solution methods are given. Finally,different construction methods for diaphragm wall are compared in four aspects.
