The requirement of solid wastes imported as raw materials in China was introduced briefly. The important function ofenvironmental protection control standard and inspection rule in the process of imported solid wastes as raw materials wasexpounded. The specific issues in the current environmental protection control standard and inspection rule were described indetail. The developingof environmental protection control standard and inspection role for solid wastes as rawmaterials were discussed. This paper would provide reference for improving and standardizing the inspection of solid wastes asraw materials in our country.
