摘要
本文从理论角度出发,阐述我国金融企业人力资源管理的理论,分析我国金融企业人力资源管理现状及存在问题,尤其各关键环节中存在的主要问题,研究提出国有金融企业人力资源管理体系建设思路及其改进措施。
From the perspective of theory,this paper expounds the theory of financial enterprise human resources management in our country,and analyzes the current situation of the financial enterprise human resources management of our country and existing problems,and find out the main problems on the state- owned financial enterprises human resources management,and on this basis,the research puts forward state- owned financial enterprises human resources management system and state- owned financial enterprises human resource management improvement measures.
